Topics include:
  • the mathematical basis of visualization algorithms and computer graphics
  • discrete symmetries in euclidean and non-euclidean spaces
  • interactive and narrative visualization
  • geometric modelling software
Note: The first lecture (Tue 12 Apr) is an introduction to mathematical visualization.
There is a tutorial but no lecture on Thu 14 Apr. The first regular lecture will be on Tue 19 Apr.
