AlffSUnits

Find the S-regulator and a basis for the free part of the S-units.

Syntax:

L := AlffSUnits( S [, "raw" ] );

Description:

Let F/k be a global function field and S be a set of places of F/k. This function returns a list L such that L[1] is the S-regulator and L[2] is a basis for the free part of the S-unit subgroup of F^\times, consisting of principal divisors if the option "raw" is given.
