Save the current patchwork to a.pcomfile, or load one from disk. You can also drag and drop a.pcomfile onto the canvas.

Patchworking GUI

This is a graphical user interface for exploring Viro's patchworking construction. It is build on top of the C++ library libisotopy and was inspired by Johannes Rau's Combinatorial Patchworking Tool.

This tool is actively being developed by Marcel Wack.

How to use:

Click on edges to flip them.
Ctrl+Click on edges to lock/unlock them (locked edges cannot be flipped).

Click on vertices to change their sign.
Ctrl+Click on vertices to lock/unlock their sign.

Scroll on the canvas to zoom in and out.
Use the pan buttons (← ↑ ↓ →) to move the view.
