About Me
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Technical University of Berlin,
working in the Discrete Mathematics/Geometry group under the supervision of Michael Joswig. My position is funded by the SFB-TRR 195 "Symbolic Tools in Mathematics and their Application".
In May 2025, I obtained my Ph.D. in mathematics at the Goethe University Frankfurt with advisor Martin Ulirsch. My Thesis is on Tropical Perspectives on Matroids: Buildings, Orientations, and Graph Curves. I obtained my Master's degree at RPTU, formerly known as TU Kaiserslautern, under the supervision of Andreas Gathmann with a master's thesis on "Tropical Intersection Theory of Cone Complexes".
Research Interests
My research focuses on tropical, and non-Archimedean geometry, with a particular emphasis on tropical linear spaces, (valuated) matroids, and their connections to geometric objects.
