Sets the maximal number of subfield of degree <tt> d</tt>.

Description:
</h3>
This function sets the maximal number of degree <tt> d</tt>
of a given field to the number of known subfields of
degree <tt> d</tt>. This function is very useful if one knows
from theory that there are only a specified number of
subfields which can be computed by a special algorithm.
One has to be very carefull in using this function. If
the number of computed subfields of degree <tt> d</tt> is
smaller than the number of subfields of degree <tt> d</tt>,
the Subfield command has no chance to find the other ones.
