OnLeft ( elt-grp^per p, elt-grp^per a ) -> elt-grp^per

Description

Returns the left multiplication action of `a' on `p'.
Note: This is roughly equivalent to `a * p'.

OnLeft((2,3),(1,2)(3,4));
