I started studying Mathematics in Szeged (which is in Hungary) and continued at TU Berlin until
2001, when I did my PhD in Differential Geometry.
During that time I had longer research visits to China and Japan, and spent a year in the United
States as an exchange student, supported by a Fulbright travel grant
In the second half of 2008 I was a Visiting Assistant Professor at UNC Greensboro
I am a reviewer for the American Mathematical Society (since 2004) and have refereed
papers for various journals
Currently I am a Software Engineer at Google

a company developing software for photographers)
