The school is addressed to
advanced undergraduate and graduate students of Mathematics or
Computer Science with interest in Discrete Mathematics and in
particular in Partially Ordered Sets and Discrete
Geometry. Basic knowledge in discrete mathematics is
The fall school consists of four introductory courses. Each
course consists of lectures and exercises.
The fall school will take place at Gutshof Sauen, a remote manor 70 km southeast of Berlin. The costs per participant are EURO 150 and include full board during the fall school.
Titles and abstracts will be available later. In addition to the
lectures, exercises will be solved in small groups with solution
sessions in the evenings. The language of the school is English.

The school is organized by Stefan Felsner and Piotr Micek. In the week after the school we also organize a workshop with the same topic at Ciążeń Palace near Poznań Workshop: Order and Geometry.
