Fortunately the reasons for the dissatisfaction about the reindeer paper presented here have mostly faded. But nevertheless I'd still like to give former English-LK members the chance to complain about my writing, so I'm not going to erase all of this.

Für alle die, die Englisch in der Kollegstufe abgewählt haben, oder denen das hier zu dumm ist, gibt es diese Seite natürlich auch auf Deutsch. |
First of all, I'd like to say that due to an ethusiastic maths student there is now an English version of the paper. So if you observe any kind of grammatical or other non-mathematical error in this, you should consider complaining there ;-) Anyway, I don't really expect people from too far outside waddling around here... but I would be thankful, if you could set me right about this by mail :-)
The (former) main problem of the paper is now solved as well. The one remaining formula is proved and the great master to have done it is Richard Greiner, wo will be rewarded by a lemma of his name within the reindeer paper. Thank you very much ...and while I'm at it, thank you as well for allowing me to steal the flags from you page :-)
And last but not least the translator has done a very good job as well -- in fact too good, since the English version appears to be better than the original now. So by now the world (and especially the santa claus business) may take glourious advantage from this never-ending source of wisdom.
